Betamethasone is a potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation by suppressing the immune response and controlling the release of inflammatory chemicals. Neomycin is an antibiotic that works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, thus preventing bacterial growth and infections. Together, they provide both anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.
