Gaba-Aid 75 mg Capsule contains Pregabalin, an anticonvulsant and neuropathic pain agent. Pregabalin is a structural derivative of the inhibitory neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). It binds with high affinity to the alpha-2-delta site in central nervous system tissues, reducing the release of several neurotransmitters, including glutamate, norepinephrine, and substance P. This action helps in alleviating neuropathic pain and controlling seizures.
