Description
Rupa-Aid 10 mg contains Rupatadine Fumarate, a second-generation, non-sedating antihistamine. It acts as a long-acting, selective antagonist at histamine H₁-receptors and also antagonizes the platelet-activating factor (PAF). Both histamine and PAF contribute to bronchoconstriction and increased vascular permeability, mediating the inflammatory process. By blocking these pathways, Rupatadine effectively alleviates symptoms of allergic reactions
