Description
Sardin 120 mg is a non-sedating antihistamine that selectively antagonizes peripheral H₁ histamine receptors. It is rapidly absorbed after oral administration, reaching peak plasma concentrations within 2–3 hours. Approximately 60–70% of the drug binds to plasma proteins, and its elimination half-life is approximately 14 hours. Notably, fexofenadine does not cross the blood-brain barrier, minimizing central nervous system effects
