Indications:
ACCU-CHEK ACTIVE STRIP 50 is used for self-monitoring of blood glucose levels in individuals with diabetes mellitus. It is designed to work specifically with the ACCU-CHEK Active glucometer for home or clinical use.

Pharmacology:
(Not applicable – this is a diagnostic product, not a pharmacological agent.)

Dosage:
(Not applicable – usage is as per testing frequency recommended by the physician or diabetes educator.)

Administration:

Insert the strip into the ACCU-CHEK Active meter.
Apply a small drop of blood on the designated area.
The meter will provide a reading within 5–8 seconds.
Use only once per strip.
Always wash and dry hands before testing.

Interaction:
There are no drug interactions, but results may be affected by:

Use of expired strips
Improper storage conditions
Contaminated blood samples
Very high or low hematocrit levels

Contraindications:

Not to be used without a compatible ACCU-CHEK Active meter.
Not suitable for diagnosing diabetes; only for monitoring known cases.
