TIXOL is indicated for relief of mild to moderate pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders, arthritis, and other inflammatory conditions.

Pharmacology:
TIXOL works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis responsible for pain and inflammation.

Dosage:
Dosage varies according to condition and patient response. Usually taken orally, 1-2 tablets every 8-12 hours as directed by physician.

Administration:
Take orally with food to minimize gastrointestinal irritation. Do not exceed prescribed dose.

Interaction:
May interact with anticoagulants, other NSAIDs, corticosteroids, and certain antihypertensives. Inform your doctor about all medications.

Contraindications:
Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to NSAIDs, active gastrointestinal bleeding, or severe heart, liver, or kidney disease.
