Flomox 5 mL Eye Drop is a sterile ophthalmic solution manufactured by OSL Pharma Limited, containing Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride 0.5%. Moxifloxacin is a fourth-generation fluoroquinolone antibiotic that exerts its bactericidal effect by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, enzymes essential for bacterial DNA replication and repair.
