Indications:
Flexibac 10 mg is indicated for:

Relief of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis symptoms

Management of acute musculoskeletal pain and inflammation
-
Treatment of ankylosing spondylitis and other inflammatory conditions
Pharmacology:
Meloxicam is a selective COX-2 inhibitor that reduces prostaglandin synthesis, thereby decreasing inflammation, pain, and swelling.
Dosage:
As prescribed by a registered physician.
Typical dose: 7.5–15 mg once daily, depending on condition severity.
Administration:
Take orally with water, preferably after food to reduce gastric irritation.
Interaction:

Increased risk of bleeding with anticoagulants and other NSAIDs

May reduce antihypertensive effects of ACE inhibitors and diuretics

Caution when used with corticosteroids or SSRIs
Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to Meloxicam or other NSAIDs

Active peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding

Severe heart, liver, or kidney impairment
Side Effects:

Common: Gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, dizziness

Less common: Rash, headache, edema

Rare: GI bleeding, renal impairment, hypersensitivity reactions
Pregnancy & Lactation:
Avoid during third trimester of pregnancy. Use only if clearly needed during first and second trimesters and lactation.
Precautions & Warnings:

Use cautiously in patients with cardiovascular disease or risk factors

Monitor renal and liver function during long-term use

Avoid concurrent use with other NSAIDs
