🔸 Indications:

Sixvit 20 mg is indicated for:

Treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult males
Improving sexual performance by increasing penile blood flow
Sometimes prescribed for pulmonary arterial hypertension (off-label use)

🔸 Pharmacology:

Sixvit contains Sildenafil Citrate, a selective phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It works by relaxing smooth muscles and increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, facilitating erection.

🔸 Dosage:

Typical dose: 20 mg taken approximately 30-60 minutes before sexual activity
Do not exceed one dose per day
Dosage may be adjusted by physician based on response and tolerability

🔸 Administration:

Take orally with water, with or without food. Avoid high-fat meals prior to dosing as they may delay onset of action.

🔸 Interaction:
