Rupadin 60 ml Oral Solution contains Rupatadine Fumarate, a second-generation, non-sedating antihistamine with dual action as a selective peripheral H₁ receptor antagonist and a platelet-activating factor (PAF) antagonist. It is primarily used to relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes) and chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives) in children aged 2 to 11 years.
