RUPIN OS 1 MG is an oral solution containing Rupatadine fumarate at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. Rupatadine is a second-generation antihistamine with additional anti-PAF (platelet-activating factor) properties. It is commonly used in children and adults to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria (hives).
