DOMINOL 10MG is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, urticaria, conjunctivitis, and other allergic conditions.

Pharmacology:
DOMINOL contains an H1 receptor antagonist that blocks the action of histamine, a substance involved in allergic reactions. By preventing histamine binding, it reduces allergic symptoms such as swelling, itching, and redness.

Dosage:
The usual adult dose is 10 mg once daily, or as prescribed by the physician. Adjustments may be made based on severity and patient response.

Administration:
Take DOMINOL 10MG orally with water, with or without food. Follow the doctor’s instructions strictly. Avoid alcohol and operating heavy machinery if drowsiness occurs.

Interaction:
May interact with sedatives, alcohol, and other CNS depressants, increasing drowsiness. Inform your healthcare provider about all medications being taken.

Contraindications:
