Formatide HFA 4.5/160 is a combination inhaler used for the long-term management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It contains two active ingredients:

Formoterol (4.5 mcg): A long-acting beta-agonist (LABA) that relaxes the muscles of the airways, helping them stay open and improving airflow.

Budesonide (160 mcg): A corticosteroid that reduces inflammation in the airways, decreasing swelling and mucus production.
This combination provides 24-hour symptom control and helps prevent asthma attacks, wheezing, and shortness of breath.
