Description
Neurolife 5 mg Tablet is primarily indicated for the treatment of neuropathic pain, including conditions such as diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain (DPNP), postherpetic neuralgia (PHN), and other forms of peripheral neuropathic pain (PNP). The recommended starting dose for adults is 5 mg twice daily, with gradual increments as needed, up to a maximum of 15 mg twice daily, depending on individual response and tolerability. Dosage adjustments are necessary for patients with renal or hepatic impairments. It's important to note that Neurolife should be used under medical supervision, as it may cause side effects like dizziness, somnolence, edema, and weight gain. Patients should avoid alcohol consumption during treatment, as it may enhance CNS depressant effects. Additionally, caution is advised when operating machinery or driving, as Neurolife may impair motor skills and cause sedation
