🔸 Indications:
Ribosina 5 mg is indicated for:

Vertigo and dizziness of vestibular origin

Prevention and treatment of motion sickness

Balance disorders related to inner ear dysfunction

Migrainous vertigo
🔸 Pharmacology:
Ribosina contains Cinnarizine, a calcium channel blocker and antihistamine that improves microcirculation in the inner ear and inhibits vestibular stimulation.
🔸 Dosage:

Adults: 25-50 mg daily in divided doses (5 mg tablets usually combined)

Dose adjusted by physician based on condition
🔸 Administration:
Take orally with food to reduce gastrointestinal discomfort.
🔸 Interaction:

Caution with other CNS depressants or antihistamines

Avoid alcohol due to additive sedative effects
