CANDIFAST SB 65MG Capsule is indicated for:

Management of acute diarrhea, including infectious diarrhea.

Prevention and treatment of antibiotic-associated diarrhea (AAD).

Restoring gut microbiota after antibiotic use.

Managing irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
Pharmacology:
Saccharomyces boulardii is a probiotic yeast that helps restore gut flora, inhibits the growth of pathogenic organisms, and strengthens the intestinal barrier. It also modulates immune responses and reduces inflammatory mediators in the gut.
Dosage and Administration:

Usual dose: 1–2 capsules daily, depending on the severity of the condition.

Take with or after meals for better absorption.

Follow physician’s instructions for optimal results.
Interaction:

Avoid taking with antifungal medications as they may reduce the efficacy of Saccharomyces boulardii.
