Indications:
OLIXAR 5 MG Tablet is indicated for:

Management of schizophrenia in adults and adolescents.

Treating acute manic episodes associated with bipolar disorder.

Preventing recurrence of mood disorders in bipolar patients.
Pharmacology:
The active ingredient, Olanzapine, acts by blocking dopamine and serotonin receptors in the brain, helping to stabilize mood and reduce psychotic symptoms.
Dosage and Administration:

Dosage: 5 mg once daily, adjusted as per the physician's recommendation.

Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Can be taken with or without food.
Interaction:

Avoid alcohol or CNS depressants as it may intensify sedative effects.

May interact with other medications affecting brain neurotransmitter levels.
Contraindications:
