Indications:
SINLAIR 10 MG Tablet is indicated for:

Prophylaxis and chronic treatment of asthma.

Relief from symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis.

Prevention of exercise-induced bronchoconstriction.
Pharmacology:
The active ingredient, Montelukast, is a selective leukotriene receptor antagonist that inhibits the action of leukotrienes in the airways. This reduces inflammation, bronchoconstriction, and mucus production, thereby alleviating symptoms of asthma and allergies.
Dosage and Administration:

Dosage: One tablet (10 mg) daily, taken in the evening or as prescribed by a physician.

Administration: Can be taken with or without food.
Interaction:

May interact with phenobarbital and rifampin, reducing the efficacy of montelukast.

Avoid concurrent use with other drugs that induce liver enzymes.
Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to montelukast or any other components of the formulation.
Side Effects:

Common: Headache, abdominal pain, and nausea.
