Indications:
ITOKINE 50 MG Tablet is indicated for:

Functional dyspepsia (indigestion).

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

Delayed gastric emptying and related symptoms like bloating or nausea.
Pharmacology:
The active ingredient, Itopride, works by:

Inhibiting dopamine receptors to enhance gastrointestinal motility.

Increasing acetylcholine release to improve gastric emptying and reduce symptoms of delayed digestion.
Dosage and Administration:

Dosage: 50 mg taken orally 3 times daily before meals, or as prescribed by a physician.

Administration: Take with a glass of water on an empty stomach for best results.
Interaction:

Avoid combining with anticholinergic drugs, which may reduce the efficacy of Itopride.

Concomitant use with other prokinetics may enhance side effects.
