Description
Optimox 400 mg is a broad-spectrum antibiotic belonging to the fluoroquinolone class. It is effective against a wide range of gram-positive, gram-negative, anaerobic, and atypical bacteria. The bactericidal action of Moxifloxacin results from the inhibition of topoisomerase II (DNA gyrase) and topoisomerase IV, enzymes essential for bacterial DNA replication, transcription, and repair.
