Temcard-A 80/5 mg is a combination tablet containing Telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), and Amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker (CCB). This fixed-dose combination is used for the management of high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults, especially when single-drug therapy is insufficient to control blood pressure effectively.
