Description
Byloza is an antihistamine medication containing 20 mg of bilastine. It is used for the treatment of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes) and urticaria (hives). Bilastine, the active ingredient, works by blocking the effects of histamine, a substance produced by the body during an allergic reaction, thus providing relief from allergy symptoms. Byloza is typically taken once daily and can be used in adults and children above 12 years of age. It is available in tablet form and should be taken on an empty stomach.
