Indications:
CLOB is indicated for:
Treatment of inflammatory skin disorders like eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis
Relief from itching, redness, and swelling associated with skin conditions
Management of autoimmune skin diseases responsive to corticosteroids
Pharmacology:
Clobetasol Propionate is a super potent topical corticosteroid that suppresses the inflammatory response by inhibiting multiple inflammatory mediators and reducing immune system activity in the skin.
Dosage & Administration:
Usually applied topically as a cream, ointment, or gel (tablets form is rare and should be used under strict medical supervision if available)
Follow physician's instructions on frequency and duration of use
Avoid prolonged use to prevent side effects
Interaction:
May interact with other topical medications or systemic corticosteroids
Avoid use with occlusive dressings unless directed by a doctor
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to Clobetasol or other corticosteroids
