🔸 Indications:
HyPen SR 1.5 mg is indicated for:

Relief of gastrointestinal smooth muscle spasms (e.g., irritable bowel syndrome)

Treatment of urinary tract spasms

Management of colicky abdominal pain and related conditions
🔸 Pharmacology:
HyPen SR contains Hyoscyamine Sulfate, an anticholinergic agent that blocks muscarinic receptors, reducing smooth muscle contractions and spasms.
🔸 Dosage:

Typically 1.5 mg once or twice daily as extended release

Dosage adjusted by physician according to clinical response
🔸 Administration:
Take orally with water, preferably on an empty stomach.
🔸 Interaction:

Use caution with other anticholinergic drugs
