Indications:
Neurobest is indicated for:

Neuropathic pain

Partial seizures in epilepsy

Restless leg syndrome
Pharmacology:
Gabapentin binds to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system, reducing excitatory neurotransmitter release and stabilizing nerve activity.
Dosage & Administration:

Adults: Typically start with 300 mg daily, titrated up to 900-3600 mg per day in divided doses.

Take with or without food.
Interaction:

May enhance CNS depressant effects with alcohol or other sedatives.

Caution with antacids that may reduce absorption.
Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to Gabapentin
Side Effects:

Dizziness, somnolence, fatigue

Peripheral edema, ataxia

Rare: mood changes, allergic reactions
