Administer orally with or without food, preferably at the same time each day.
May interact with other antihypertensives, CYP3A4 inhibitors, and grapefruit juice. Inform your doctor of all medications.
Contraindicated in patients with severe hypotension, cardiogenic shock, or known hypersensitivity to amlodipine.
Common side effects include edema, dizziness, flushing, and fatigue. Seek medical advice if severe.
Use only if prescribed by a healthcare provider; safety in pregnancy and lactation is not well established.
