Rolac 30 mg/ml Injection is a potent nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) containing Ketorolac Tromethamine. It is primarily used for the short-term management of moderate to severe acute pain, such as postoperative pain. Ketorolac works by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme, thereby reducing the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals responsible for pain and inflammation. Due to its strength, Rolac is typically prescribed for short durations (up to 5 days) to minimize potential side effects.
