Rolac MDT 10 mg is a dispersible tablet formulation of Ketorolac Tromethamine, a potent non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is primarily used for the short-term management of moderate to severe acute pain, such as postoperative pain, musculoskeletal pain, dental pain, and menstrual cramps. Ketorolac works by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, thereby reducing the production of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation.
