Severe bradycardia, heart block, cardiogenic shock, decompensated heart failure, hypersensitivity.
Fatigue, dizziness, slow heartbeat, cold extremities, gastrointestinal disturbances.

Monitor heart rate and blood pressure regularly; do not stop suddenly.
