Rozavel 10 mg Tablet contains Rosuvastatin, a potent statin medication used to manage high cholesterol and triglyceride levels. It works by inhibiting HMG-CoA reductase, the enzyme responsible for cholesterol production in the liver, thereby lowering "bad" LDL cholesterol and triglycerides while increasing "good" HDL cholesterol. This action helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular events such as heart attacks and strokes.
