Neugaba 25 mg Capsule contains Pregabalin as its active ingredient. Pregabalin is a structural derivative of the inhibitory neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). It binds with high affinity to the alpha₂-δ subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system, modulating the release of several excitatory neurotransmitters.
