Indications:
Indever is indicated for the treatment of hypertension and chronic heart failure.
Pharmacology:
Indever contains Nebivolol, a cardioselective beta-1 adrenergic receptor blocker with vasodilating properties, which lowers blood pressure and reduces cardiac workload.
Dosage & Administration:
Typical dose: 5-20 mg once daily depending on patient condition.
Can be taken with or without food.
Dosage should be individualized and adjusted by a physician.
Interaction:
May interact with other antihypertensives, calcium channel blockers, antiarrhythmics, and insulin.
Contraindications:
Contraindicated in severe bradycardia, heart block, cardiogenic shock, and hypersensitivity to Nebivolol.
Side Effects:
Common side effects include headache, fatigue, dizziness, bradycardia, and gastrointestinal discomfort.
Pregnancy & Lactation:
Use only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Excreted in breast milk; use caution during breastfeeding.
Precautions & Warnings:
Avoid abrupt discontinuation to prevent exacerbation of angina or myocardial infarction. Monitor heart rate and blood pressure regularly.
