🔸 Indications:
Reversair 10 mg is indicated for:

Treatment of allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial)

Relief of chronic urticaria (hives) and itching
-
Management of other histamine-mediated allergic conditions
🔸 Pharmacology:
Reversair contains Levocetirizine, a third-generation antihistamine that selectively blocks peripheral H1 receptors, reducing allergic inflammation without causing significant sedation.
🔸 Dosage:

Adults and children over 6 years: 10 mg once daily

Adjust dose in patients with renal impairment
🔸 Administration:
Take orally with or without food, preferably in the evening.
🔸 Interaction:

Minimal interactions but caution with CNS depressants

Avoid alcohol to prevent additive sedative effects
🔸 Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to Levocetirizine or Cetirizine

Severe renal impairment without dose adjustment
