Description
N-bion is a combination tablet manufactured by Navana Pharmaceuticals Ltd., containing Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate 100 mg), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 200 mg), and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin 200 mcg). This formulation is primarily used to treat and manage conditions associated with deficiencies of these vitamins, such as polyneuropathy of any origin, including diabetic, alcoholic, or toxic neuropathies, neuritis, neuralgia, cervical syndrome, lumbago, sciatica, myalgia, intercostal neuralgia, herpes zoster, trigeminal neuralgia, and as a supportive treatment in facial paresis. The B vitamins in N-bion play essential roles in nerve function, energy metabolism, and the synthesis of neurotransmitters. The recommended dosage is typically 1–3 tablets per day, or as directed by a healthcare professional. It is contraindicated in patients receiving levodopa therapy and those with hypersensitivity to any of the components. Common side effects are rare but may include allergic reactions.
