Indications:

Pharmacology:
Levocetirizine is a selective antihistamine (H1 receptor antagonist) that blocks the effects of histamine, reducing allergy symptoms like itching, swelling, and sneezing.
Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that reduces airway inflammation and bronchoconstriction in asthma and allergic conditions.
Together, they provide comprehensive control of allergy symptoms and help improve breathing in asthma patients.
Dosage:
Adults and children over 15 years: One tablet once daily in the evening
Adjust dose as per physician’s guidance
Administration:
Take orally with or without food
Swallow whole with water
Maintain regular dosing time for best effect
Interaction:

Caution when used with CNS depressants, alcohol, or other antihistamines
