Indications:

Bacterial conjunctivitis (eye infection)

Otitis externa (outer ear infection)

Post-operative or injury-related eye/ear infections

Inflammatory eye/ear conditions with secondary bacterial infection
Pharmacology:
POLYPRO usually contains a combination of Polymyxin B, Neomycin, and Dexamethasone.

Polymyxin B: Disrupts bacterial cell membranes.

Neomycin: Inhibits bacterial protein synthesis.

Dexamethasone: A corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, swelling, and redness.
Dosage & Administration:

Eye: 1–2 drops in the affected eye every 4–6 hours

Ear: 2–3 drops in the affected ear 2–4 times daily

Duration and frequency should be based on physician’s advice

Shake well before use
Interaction:

Minimal systemic absorption; unlikely to interact with oral drugs

Avoid using with other topical eye/ear products unless prescribed
Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any ingredient

Viral or fungal infections of the eye/ear

Perforated eardrum (in case of ear use)
Side Effects:

Mild irritation, stinging, or burning sensation

Rare: Allergic reaction, blurred vision (temporary), hearing issues (with prolonged ear use)
