ORMICO contains Miconazole, an imidazole antifungal agent that inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol, a key component of fungal cell membranes. This leads to fungal cell death and infection resolution. The gel formulation allows for prolonged contact with the oral mucosa, enhancing effectiveness.
Adults & Children over 2 years: Apply a small amount (around 2.5 ml or ½ teaspoon) four times daily after meals
Retain in the mouth as long as possible before swallowing
Continue for at least 1 week after symptoms disappear
Do not eat or drink immediately after application
May increase plasma levels of warfarin and other oral anticoagulants
May interact with oral hypoglycemics and phenytoin
Avoid use with drugs that are metabolized by CYP3A4 unless advised by a physician
Known hypersensitivity to Miconazole or other imidazole antifungals
Infants under 4 months (risk of choking)
Mild gastrointestinal discomfort
Nausea, vomiting
Rare: Allergic reactions such as rash, swelling, or anaphylaxis
Pregnancy: Should be used if clearly needed and under physician guidance
Lactation: Use with caution; consult doctor
Use with care in patients with hepatic impairment
Not suitable for use in infants under 4–6 months due to risk of choking
Complete full course even if symptoms improve early

Store below 25°C in a dry place. Do not freeze. Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children.
