Pharmacology:
MAGMIL contains magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide, which act as antacids by neutralizing stomach acid. Magnesium hydroxide has a laxative effect, while aluminum hydroxide can cause constipation; combined, they balance gastrointestinal motility and reduce acidity.
Dosage & Administration:

Adults: 10-20 ml 3-4 times daily, preferably after meals and at bedtime

Interaction:

May interfere with the absorption of certain drugs like tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones, and iron supplements
