Pharmacology:
Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that increases blood flow to the penis, facilitating erection.
Dosage:
Typically 10-20 mg taken prior to sexual activity or as prescribed by a physician.
Administration:
Oral administration, with or without food.
Interaction:
Avoid concurrent use with nitrates, alpha-blockers, or other PDE5 inhibitors.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to tadalafil, use with nitrates, severe cardiovascular conditions.
