Pharmacology:
Tofacitinib is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor that modulates immune response by interfering with intracellular signaling pathways.
Dosage:
Typically 5 mg twice daily or as directed by physician.
Administration:
Oral administration with or without food.
Interaction:
May interact with immunosuppressants, live vaccines, and CYP3A4 inhibitors or inducers.
Contraindications:
Active infections, hypersensitivity to Tofacitinib.
