Indications:

Pharmacology:
Tofacitinib XR is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor that modulates immune response by blocking intracellular signaling pathways with a sustained release formulation.
Dosage:
Typically 11 mg once daily or as directed by the physician.
Administration:
Orally with or without food.
Interaction:
May interact with immunosuppressants, live vaccines, CYP3A4 modulators.
Contraindications:
Active infections, hypersensitivity to Tofacitinib or its components.
