Indications:
Seizure disorders, panic disorder, and anxiety management.
Pharmacology:
Clonazepam enhances GABA neurotransmission, calming brain activity and controlling seizures.
Dosage:
Usually 1 mg daily in divided doses, adjusted by physician.
Administration:
Oral intake, with or without food.
Interaction:
Interacts with CNS depressants, alcohol, other anticonvulsants, and some antidepressants.
Contraindications:
Benzodiazepine hypersensitivity, severe respiratory problems, acute narrow-angle glaucoma.
Side Effects:
Drowsiness, dizziness, coordination difficulties, memory issues, fatigue.
Pregnancy & Lactation:
