Dosage:
Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 sprays (27.5 mcg per spray) into each nostril once daily (total 110 mcg)
Children 2 to 11 years: usually 1 spray into each nostril once daily or as directed by physician
Dosage adjustment depends on symptom severity and medical advice
Administration:
Blow nose gently before use
Shake the bottle gently and prime before first use
Insert nozzle into nostril and spray while gently inhaling
Repeat for other nostril
Avoid blowing nose immediately after spraying
Interaction:
Minimal systemic absorption reduces interaction risk
Concomitant use with other corticosteroids should be monitored
Avoid use with CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ritonavir) unless supervised
