Indications:

Relief of allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itching
Pharmacology:
BILFAST oral solution contains bilastine, a non-sedating H1 antihistamine that blocks peripheral histamine receptors to reduce allergic symptoms without causing drowsiness.
Dosage:

Children 2 to 12 years: dose as prescribed by doctor, typically 10 mg once daily (dose measured by oral syringe)

Adults and children over 12 years: 20 mg once daily

Take on an empty stomach for better absorption
Administration:

Shake well before use

Measure dose accurately using a dosing syringe or spoon

Take orally once daily, preferably at the same time every day

Avoid taking with fruit juices which may reduce effectiveness
Interaction:

Minimal interactions; avoid other sedating drugs or alcohol
