Indications:

Pharmacology:
BILFAST contains bilastine, a non-sedating second-generation antihistamine that selectively blocks peripheral H1 receptors. It reduces allergic symptoms without causing significant drowsiness or sedation.
Dosage:

Adults and children over 12 years: 20 mg once daily

Taken orally with water, preferably on an empty stomach for better absorption
Administration:

Swallow the tablet whole without crushing or chewing

Avoid taking with fruit juices, which may reduce absorption

Take consistently at the same time each day
Interaction:

Minimal drug interactions due to low metabolism by liver enzymes

Avoid concomitant use with other sedating antihistamines or alcohol
