Indications:

Pharmacology:
D STAR contains cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), a fat-soluble vitamin essential for calcium and phosphate homeostasis. It enhances intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphate, promoting bone mineralization and skeletal health.
Dosage:
Typically, 20000 IU once weekly or as prescribed by the physician
Dosage varies based on patient’s vitamin D levels and clinical condition
Administration:
Oral administration with or without food
Follow the prescribed regimen strictly to avoid toxicity
Interaction:
May interact with corticosteroids, anticonvulsants, and weight-loss drugs
