Description
Algeum-DX 600 mg + 400 IU Tablet, manufactured by Radiant Pharmaceuticals Ltd., is a combination supplement containing Calcium Carbonate (from coral source) and Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol). Each film-coated tablet provides 600 mg of elemental calcium and 400 IU of Vitamin D3. This formulation is designed to support bone health by aiding in the prevention and treatment of conditions such as osteoporosis, osteomalacia, rickets, and hypoparathyroidism. It is also beneficial during pregnancy and lactation due to increased calcium and vitamin D requirements, as well as in cases of calcium and vitamin D deficiencies. The recommended dosage is one tablet in the morning and one tablet at night, preferably taken with food to enhance absorption. Algeum-DX is available in Bangladesh at an approximate price of ৳15.00 per tablet.
