Exler 10 mg Tablet, manufactured by Radiant Pharmaceuticals Ltd., contains the active ingredient Ebastine, a second-generation, non-sedating antihistamine. Ebastine selectively blocks peripheral H1 histamine receptors, providing effective relief from allergic symptoms without causing significant drowsiness. It is commonly prescribed for the symptomatic treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, as well as chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives). The medication is rapidly absorbed and metabolized into its active form, carebastine, which contributes to its prolonged action. Exler 10 mg Tablet is typically taken once daily, with or without food, and is suitable for adults and children over 12 years of age. Common side effects may include headache, dry mouth, and drowsiness, while less common effects can involve abdominal pain, dyspepsia, nausea, and insomnia.
