Sevitan-HTZ 20/12.5 mg Tablet is a combination antihypertensive medication manufactured by Radiant Pharmaceuticals Ltd. It contains two active ingredients:

Olmesartan Medoxomil (20 mg): An angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that selectively inhibits the AT₁ receptor, preventing the vasoconstrictor and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II. This action helps to relax blood vessels and lower blood pressure.

Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg): A thiazide diuretic that inhibits the reabsorption of sodium and chloride in the distal tubules of the kidneys, leading to increased excretion of sodium and water, thereby reducing blood volume and lowering blood pressure
