Description
Cinazin Plus is a combination medication containing 20 mg of Cinnarizine and 40 mg of Dimenhydrinate per tablet. Cinnarizine is a calcium channel antagonist that helps prevent constriction of blood vessels in the inner ear, improving microcirculation. Dimenhydrinate, an antihistamine, blocks histamine receptors to reduce symptoms of vertigo and nausea. Together, these components effectively treat vertigo, dizziness, nausea, and motion sickness. Cinazin Plus is typically prescribed for adults and should be taken one tablet three times daily after meals. It is not recommended for children under 18 years due to a lack of safety data. Common side effects include drowsiness, dry mouth, headache, and stomach discomfort. Patients should avoid alcohol and consult a healthcare provider before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The duration of treatment should not exceed four weeks unless advised by a doctor.
